Of all our implicit biases, the most powerful - especially for the victims of trauma and CPTSD - is the Negativity Bias.
This implicit bias is nothing more than your brain trying to keep you safe by noticing the negative aspects of your experience more than the positive.
The trouble begins when we start to believe that our lives are filled with more negative than positive experiences.
