I wasn’t planning on recording an episode today.
As I explain, I awoke yesterday to the news that a dear friend had passed away overnight.
Loss comes in many shapes and sizes and we process each loss differently.
But when we process loss - that is, when we grieve - we often tend to try to get through it as quickly as possible.
Unpleasant feelings can be difficult. But avoiding the discomfort of grief is to miss a valuable opportunity, as I explain in today’s episode:
Week # 2 of the Art Burns Coaching Winter Workshop Series is all about formal meditation. I’ll cover the benefits of a daily practice, even if only a few minutes a day!
I’ll teach you how to get the most out of those few minutes a day and, most importantly of all, I’ll teach you every single thing you need to know to start a meditation practice as soon as Saturday afternoon!
Remember, while I do accept donations this workshop series is free and open to all!
(Don’t worry if you missed week 1! Each week is independent of the rest.)
