Most sociologists, anthropologists, and neuroscientists will shy away from the term Human Nature because it discounts the impact our personal experience has on our behavior.

While humans have shown clearly the capacity for acts of great violence, we see equal examples of acts of great altruism.

In today’s episode, I explore this issue and tie it into how we can practice kindness, forgiveness, and compassion.
