Description

For many years I tried to learn to cook by finding amazing recipes and struggling to master them.

In the process, I experienced many smoke alarms and lots of rice stuck to the bottoms of many pots.

In today's episode, I talk about how it was during the pandemic, as I steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and scrambled eggs for my kids every day that I actually learned to cook the complex and exciting meals I now master with no smoke alarms.

Mindfulness practices are a lot like this, as well.
