When someone says or does something that strikes a nerve, it can be hard to not take it personally. Perhaps it was a comment, a joke, a piece of feedback, or a direct criticism, any of these things might make us feel like we are under attack. We feel hurt, or angered by these words or actions, and it can be easy to take them to heart.

Binu is a mom of three kids, (2 teens and a 21 year-old). She has a Masters in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She went into the study of disease as she is passionate about helping people prevent disease and all things health.
