A topic we haven't yet covered on the show, but one that is certainly very important. I was delighted when Kerry Parkinson from Asquith Hall got in touch to say they had done a week of LGBT training followed by a Pride Party and would I like to know more.
In this episode Kerry shares how the idea of training their staff so that they could have sexuality needs conversations got started, how they rolled out the training and what the long term benefits have been. I'm so glad we have covered this on the show and Kerry shared so many great resources which can all be found linked below.
