Issac Theophilos has achieved what very few managers have; his home has been rated "Outstanding" not once, but twice, and the second inspection saw the Outstanding rating awarded in all five categories.
I couldn't wait to find out how he did it, and hear more about Issac's ideas about "Collective Leadership", how his team celebrate success, and his journey from Kerala in India, to care home manager in the UK.
