Kate Pascual is the deputy manager at Quinton House in Stratford Upon Avon and was part of the team that led their journey to digital care planning around a year ago.
I saw Kate host a digital workshop at a care event and thought it would be great to hear about this from the care home's perspective, and hear about the challenges on their journey, and what the benefits have been. People on the workshop had a lot of questions, and I tried to remember as many as possible to ask Kate.
