Neil Eastwood is the Author of “Saving social care; the definitive book (and Amazon bestseller) on finding and keeping front line staff. You've probably read the book or seen him speak at an event. He’s also the founder of Sticky People, and he's currently working on a new project, which he shares more about in this episode.
Although I've known Neil for a while, I got to see him speak for the first time recently at a conference and loved his tips on actually finding staff. It's often the question asked by care providers; "how do we actually find people" and a hot topic given the current political climate. This episode is jam-packed with tips so grab a pen and paper and settle in!
