Samantha Buckley is the activities coordinator at the Boynes Care Centre in Worcestershire and last year she won The Carer Magazine award for "Unsung Hero".
I wanted to interview her to understand more about what an activites coordinator does, how she gets the most out of her job and how the sector could attract more people like her.
