I met Shells at a Cold Coaching event located at Arcosanti called the Convergence Festival. Upon her return to Phoenix, and post ice bath, she reached out to me to continue her cold water immersion exposure. Here we talk about what that has been like, and the changes she has seen since embarking on this path.
