Born in Philadelphia, Tollin co-founded Tollin/Robbins Productions and has produced successful projects such as "Varsity Blues" and TV series like "Smallville" and "One Tree Hill." His career showcases a dedication to capturing the essence of sports culture through compelling storytelling on screen. In addition to his work in television and film, Tollin has directed several documentaries, including "Hank Aaron: Chasing the Dream" (1995) and "The Bronx is Burning" (2007), which chronicles the 1977 New York Yankees baseball team.
