Do you ever feel like when you have to slow down there is guilt that arises in your body? Almost like your whole identity shatters and you feel incomplete ESPECIALLY when your body gets sick and you have to reschedule all your plans?
This is because we have grown in a society that teaches us that we need to GO all the time. The body cannot handle GO all the time. The body needs FLOW. It needs more of the feminine energy to be activated in rest, relaxation, introspection. This is especially true in the winter season. The body knows that it’s winter and it’s time to slow things down not keep pushing and going.
