As a Recruiter, you start your career working hard, and we mean HARD. The work you put in at the start is what will bring you success and allow you to see the fruits of your labour. Being money motivated is a great attribute to have, but when you start earning, passion is the key that's going to drive you. Having passion, as a recruiter, is the height of importance. You need to have a passion for matching people to a job they'd love with a great team and managers behind them.
