Christine is a retired Lieutenant in the San Diego Sheriff's Department. After 32 years in the department she is now living in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this episode we take the time to get to know some of the things Christine has done in her life and career, and some of the things she has planned for the future.
I have known Christine for nearly 15 years and her advancement in her career and the things she has accomplished is a testament of how much of a motivated person she is. When I was coaching her with her nutrition, and if I told her to eat just 6 green beans, she would eat just 6 green beans, well....unless she decided not to. lol.
