As we learn to submit ourselves the power of God in our lives by fully putting on the armor of God we must understand the value and purposes of being truly committed to him.
We seem to be loyal to everything else in this life; Chiefs, our carers, jobs, vacations, alcohol, and even the hair dresser. God does not mind us enjoying some of these things but the issue is when these things take first place in our lives.
When we examine culture, this world and ourselves we see one consistent thing... the love of money. Again, money is not a bad thing, in this world we need it but when we place it over God allowing it to take first place in our lives we have created an idol.
God standard is first, nothing less and until we place him there and fully allow him to control our lives we can never entirely defeat the enemy and lay claim to the victory promised. Today we will strongly look at money amongst a few other things and how our love for them have rooted other chaos in our lives blocking us from seeing the move of God.
