Hello Sisters! In today’s episode we get to hear from the marvelous Meredith Taylor. She and her husband have 5 kids and have lived in our ward for roughly 15 years. Meredith currently serves in the nursery.
Two things I love about Meredith: She is always ready to make a new friend. She was the first person in the ward when we moved in to invite our family over. Her friendliness and interest in us made me feel so welcomed into the ward. She is also so willing to help out. I’ve heard her say her philosophy about raising kids is that it takes a village and she is so good about creating that village by volunteering to help out with rides, babysitting, creating opportunities for our kids to socialize and organizing friends to volunteer at school activities. I love her community-minded spirit!
I hope you enjoy this episode where Meredith shares her journey with cancer that taught her to trust in God while giving up her sports and mission plans, learning from the examples of her family, and feeling God’s love in unexpected ways.
