In an effort to show the importance of being grounded when working with the concept of manifesting, this episode is all about checking in with your own foundation. I pull from the Emotional Guidance Scale, the Chakra System and even include some NLP in the process, so that you can understand where you are at now and start planting the seeds for the future you wish to create. I share some of my own story, give some gentle warnings on predatory practices, encourage you to prioritize mental/physical health and hopefully provide some new concepts and tools to help you get in touch with your own foundation. It's a journey for sure! My intention is to lay the groundwork for next week's high vibrational manifesting episode! I hope you'll join me!
