Is Self-Help Spiritual?
It seems simple but as we dive into the differences and similarities between the Self-Help Movement and modern spirituality. We discuss how “habit stacking” could be helpful to establishing a self-development and/or spiritual routine. We talk briefly about the history of the self-help movement and how it has evolved into self-development and even self-care. Jasmine maintains her issues with the Self-Help industry as to how it plays on our own insecurities while Jenny sees it as a source of learning and improvement.
