Having joined in September 2019 Becky began in the company as People Partner and has seen the huge growth that PureGym has gone through in the last 5 years to not only grow themselves to the UK's largest operator but also one of the largest operators in Europe, growing from people partner to head of central HR, group head of people to her role now as Central People Director.
