Duncan is the founder CEO and Managing Director of South Downs Leisure, running leisure centres and swimming pools across Sussex, including Splashpoint in Worthing and Sea Lanes in Brighton. The company won The Sustainable Business Award 2022 and has been shortlisted for the national Seriously Social Award for the Environment.
