This week we welcome Duncan Jefford, an incredible leader and professional in our industry to the podcast.
For anyone who doesn't know Duncan, he is a Regional Director for Everyone Active - SLM, where he oversees over 130 sites. He has also been a senior leader in this business for over 18 years and this breadth and depth of experience means he absolutely knows what he is talking about! Not only that, but delivers everything with clarity, conciseness and warmth.
It was great to explore his career, learnings and stories so far but also to get his perspective on the importance of a company's narrative, candidate journey and career advice. We thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot ourselves too.
