This week to help usher in the new year we are joined by Natalie McGuire - what an episode it is too!
Natalie is currently part of Space & Place as their business development and engagement officer and has had a hugely successful career prior to this working with Welcome to Yorkshire and Swim England (where she still sits on their board) amongst others.
Natalie describes her career from school to swim teaching, her career development and working in senior leadership and imparts so much sound wisdom.
