Tom started at Love Recruitment in its infancy after a hugely successful career in the fitness industry, working for brands like LA fitness in the UK and Les Mills in New Zealand. Tom joined Love Recruitment as a Senior Account Manager and helped pave the way for the future of the company by becoming the company’s inaugural Recruitment Director, before going onto co-found Love Care Recruitment alongside Lawrence and Abhi.
