Description

Today on the podcast, April and Danielle are joined by Dr. Zhana Vrangalova, an adjunct professor of psychology at the College of Arts and Science at NYU. Dr. Zhana teaches human sexuality classes and her research focuses on how different aspects of sexuality (especially those that fall outside the societal box of acceptability) are linked to health and wellbeing. She also unpacks how our relationship orientation predicts the types of relationships we’re most likely to thrive in. We had such a fun and fascinating conversation that we split it into two parts so you could listen to it all. This episode is part 2 and if you haven’t listened to part 1 then we encourage you to check out this episode as well.

In this episode April and Danielle dive into Dr. Zhana’s personal journey with pleasure. She shares more about the challenges she faces engaging in non-monogamous relationships and kink. Dr. Zhana also provides some important tips on having healthy, good casual sex

This episode may be activating for some. Be sure to listen to your body and take care of yourself!
