I am not a doctor, so I'm not here to give you medical advice, but more so to open your mind up to new possibilities, to see how food can be preventative medicine and help you feel better in your life. It's pretty wild when you think you are going to have to take medication for the rest of your life and then realize that by eating really good and tasty food that you can shift that around.
