Good food, good music, and good people make for a great life. I've always had a deep connection to music, something beyond what words can express. One of my favorite things to do is bring people together to create music for the sake of connection and release, to step beyond ego, beyond fear, and to communicate on a deeper level. It took me a long time, but whenever it happens, it's amazing.
