Recently I got a lovely message on my instagram (via @youenjoylife) from someone who had started to make major shifts in their life and mentioned how this podcast has helped them. Part of what they brought up was the struggle that comes when you looking around and see everyone else around you seem to have their life figured out when you certainly do not. I wanted to share a story and offer some insight into why you certainly should not have your life figured out, and even the negative that can come when you think that you do.
