He also shares with us how he survived Hurricane Katrina, watched his dream of playing Major League Baseball fizzle out and how he did not stop to pump the brakes. Instead, Joe continued to go Full Throttle in pursuing his now thriving exotic car rental business. Joe has taken Full Throttle to the next level by creating partnerships with major hotels and celebrities, he also created a membership that anyone can utilize for work or pleasure to impress.
