At Anchored we like to get down to the nitty-gritty of the daily issues affecting what happens in our state and today we're getting the inside scoop not on someTHING, but on someONE -- first date style. In this episode, Shay and Elise go on a first date, not with each other, but with Rhode Island State Senator and Planetary Geologist, Sam Bell! What we know about Sam is what we see, read, or hear in the news, so for this date, we want to get to know who he really is through typical and not-so-typical first date questions like "How did you end up in Rhode Island,"(6:25) "What's your favorite sandwich?," (8:32) and "What's the difference between a progressive Democrat and a Democrat that's a part of the Rhode Island Machine?"
