Ahhh, Pastry Week! What a time to be in the tent, laminating doughs. Drying out your choux. So much to be done, so little time. It was an adventure in baking this week, high highs and low lows, but in the end, a Star Baker was crowned, and a baker was sent away, just like every week. What makes this episode all the more special is we are once again joined by one of the bakers from this very season, big up to the homie Chris Stefanski for hanging out with us and discussing his time in the tent, why he started baking and why you better call it Taylor Ham if you know what’s good for you.
