Dr. Deborah Toner is a world-famous authority on alcohol studies and nationhood in Mexico, she is an associate professor of history at the University of Leicester.
Dr. Toner has a BA, MA and PhD in History at the University of Warwick, and is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute for the Study of the Americas, University of London.
