Enjoy a 10-minute cool and cozy meditation with the hum of a fan in the background. The white noise of the fan makes this an excellent meditation to do before bed. Cool down and enjoy.
Beat the heat. Watch it disSOLVE and evaporate off your chest like the steam off a hot cup of tea. Blow off steam like the fan blowing the hot air out the window.
This meditation is great on a hot day, a humid night, or when anger and frustration flares up and you're done holding onto it. Let go of the heat.
It feels sooooo good to let go!
