"I am Heather Emerson Burckhardt a working professional mom of 2 kids. 16 year old son and 13 year old daughter who keep me busy but make me so proud each day. I was married for 18 years and dated him for 7 years before that, 25 years total. We seperated/divorced in August of 2020 and I have been part of DGB family since May 2022. I enjoy walking, running and riding my peloton to relieve stress. Sewing, making wreaths and writing are all things I enjoy to escape and create. This summer I plan to attend several concerts, go to the beach and visit the lake as much as possible. This is my favorite time of year!!! My big goal this year is to complete the Marine Corp Marathon. I finished it 10 years ago and I'm trying to do it again….faster.
