Today I had the pleasure of being visited by my father Willie H. Garner III which turned into an impromptu Podcast session from him initially stopping by the office to drop off a wheel barrow! We sat down and started discussing how he got into Real Estate back in the 80s and some of his accomplishments and where the industry has gone since then! A great listen and I think I am convinced that Pops will be back on the show in the future!
