Ben Rivera is the CEO of Leatherman Tool Group, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Leatherman is the USA manufacturer of the original, multi-purpose tool. With over $100 million in annual revenue and employing over 500 people in the Portland area, Leatherman designs, manufactures and distributes its highly sought-after products to over 80 countries throughout the world. Ben has been at Leatherman Tool Group since 1991, and he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
