In this personal practice reconnect with the only container you have to experience life - your body! And use your body to observe the container of your breath. Whenever I feel that it's difficult to connect to others, it typically means that I feel far away from myself. A personal practice dedicated to simply paying attention to my own flesh, my own breath, my own experience is the way I come home to a space of connection.
This practice is relatively gentle, but please bring all the support tools that you desire into your personal practice.
