We will never stop comparing ourselves to others. This instinct to compare helps us seek certainty, purpose and significance- so it is just a part of our life.

But, if you find yourself in a comparison that is inflating your ego or becoming toxic for you, refrain from doing it. It’s not serving you.

This week in the Become More Podcast you are going to learn to stop comparing yourself in a toxic way but using comparisons to identify your uniqueness; define your identity; create significance; and celebrate others.

With enough self-awareness,  you can eventually learn to use that comparison not to unfairly tear yourself down or artificially build yourself up, but to learn and grow.
