About Claudia R. Rodgers, Esquire
Born and raised in Washington DC, Claudia grew up with a passion for learning new things and meeting new people. In her free time, she has always sought to create groups and functions to bring people together for a common purpose. Claudia has a special love for supporting women by creating events that gather strangers together, who later leave as good friends. Her professional career took her in a different direction, however. She is currently Senior Counsel at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy. Throughout her more than 32-year legal career supporting small business, she has been responsible for regulatory review of numerous federal agencies to assess their impact on the development and growth of America’s small businesses. In her free time, Claudia also fed her strong desire for bringing people together by creating exciting group trips around the world with new and old friends. A year ago, with retirement plans on the horizon, Claudia followed her passion and started a travel agency. She is now a luxury travel advisor focusing on bringing people together for enlightening solo, family & group travel, as well as hosting meaningful women’s empowerment weekends.
Claudia now lives full time in Dewey Beach, Delaware. She and her husband, Richard, have one daughter, Alexandra, that sells residential real estate in Washington, DC.
