Coach My Wellness, with Joanne Orshan and Tammy St. Clair 360 Talk Radio for Women Network Meet Joanne Orshan
Joanne Orshan is the co-founder of Coach My Wellness. For 12 years she has been working as a weight loss and lifestyle coach, helping, and supporting people to create and maintain a healthier and better lifestyle.
Joanne is a Certified Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, (IIN) in New York, N.Y. The full year program covers an extensive array of issues and challenges which Joanne utilizes to promote a healthier lifestyle. She also has extensive and coaching training. Joanne has a certificate in Advanced Coaching Intensive Practicum as well as training in Emotional Eating. This is an advanced coaching program that covers the psychology of emotional eating and ways to work with clients to overcome the personal challenges.
She is also pursuing her National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching with a specialty in Integrative Practices and Nutrition from NBHWC.
As a certified health coach and trainer for the weight management program Transitions Lifestyle System, Joanne has coached thousands of clients.
Meet Tammy St. Clair
Tammy St. Clair is the co-founder of Coach My Wellness. She has extensive experience working with surgical weight loss patients, having been one herself. She enjoys helping clients both pre and post op from weight loss surgery. Tammy helps to create a plan for her client’s success as she supports them during their post-surgical weight loss journey.
She holds a master’s degree as a Licensed Masters Social Worker, LMSW, from New York University. Tammy is also pursuing a secondary master’s degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a specialty in Integrative Practices and Nutrition from MUIH.
