I value my family but that isn't very clear when you look at my schedule.
This month, I am adding time with my kids and spouse into my time blocks in order to show them that they are a priority and make sure I am filling my bucket too.
In what was can you align your everyday life to incorporate more time spent around the things that you value?
It is good practice to connect to your values as some of them will change and no longer serve you and you may find discontent or stress if you are still surrounding yourself with something that no longer aligns with your values.
