I met up with Sound and Vibration Practitioner - Jerilyn Schares. Our intention was to record an Angelic University podcast episode about her service and work with crystals, sound and vibrational healing tools. Jerilyn has been working with crystals and their energy for years, more recently she heard the call in her soul to expand her healing work through the use of sound and vibration.
The day we met for our session I was experiencing a lot of joint pain and overall fatigue. I had hopes that the sound and vibrational work would release blocks, of inflammation and stuck energy. I prayed for relief!
