This week we have a very special episode featuring Lara!

Lara and I discussed the importance of prioritizing mental health to prevent burnout, a topic which she has had plenty of personal experience with. 

Lara gave me great advice on new strategies I can try to help ease my mind and reduce my weekly workload. Her perspective after her time abroad is so insightful and I was feeling so inspired after hearing her speak on her experience (and I know you will too!)
