Description

This episode, we're mixing things up and hearing directly from the creator, producer, and host of the This Independent Life podcast, Rebekah Lloyd.

Whilst this doesn't go into every single detail or aspect of her journey (as it's a long and multifaceted one that will definitely be expanded upon in other episodes!), Rebekah dives into some of the main reasons why she founded her business, This Independent Life, takes you through a simple self-reflection exercise to help you evaluate where you're at in your own independence journey, and gives you some inspirational, practical and motivational tips to help you move towards embracing and achieving personal independence in your life, no matter what stage you're at.
