The Sonic the Hedgehog movie is finally out. I don't think I have to explain the controversy surrounding this movie pre-release. Luckily (for Paramount), said controversy was resolved months before this movie came out, and everyone rejoiced, but that doesn't make the movie automatically good. Sure, the design is better but what about the script? What about the characters? What about the fan service? All of these things seemed to be sidelined once the new design was revealed but here at the Movie Hoppers, said things are exemplified.
