This time of year can be so full of reset and structure for many of us and I think most of us are ready for it! This week on the podcast I am going to set us up for a look at our habits and routines for us to create as we enter this new season. We want to be prepared for the busy season of the holidays so this is the time to start doing so.
With knowing what is coming we will talk a little about routine and structure and the why behind creating time for the important actions in your life. After we look into the why of our need for structure we will then step into other episodes helping us create an evening, morning, health and mindset routines over the rest of the month!
