Welcome to another episode of Flourish in Health! This week's podcast begins a four week series on the topic of being overwhelmed. We will start the series with identifying overwhelming feelings in our lives and learn to move toward flourishing. We’ll talk about how to shift our focus from being overwhelmed to learning how to release the feelings and then shift the focus on what we can control.
