In today’s episode I am talking about the principle of taking responsibility in a situation that may not have gone the way it was planned. I will share about a time I did not react to a situation that was honorable and what I have learned to reframe my mind toward a different outcome. I will talk about another leader I observed who reacted to their situation differently and share some tips that may help you as you navigate different things that happen in your life.
