Today’s focus is all about Rest. We are not talking about sleep, but focusing on the rest our bodies need in our day to day life. We will learn how rest may not be natural for us, but it is essential for us to actually improve our daily lives and our productivity. We will learn how rest is a must if we want to live a flourishing life.

Look at what you are currently doing for rest this week.
Do you make time for rest or do you continue to put it of with a never ending to do list?
When you are “resting” are you relaxing, having downtime, or not really resting at all?
How do you feel about rest?
Do you feel like rest is going to get in the way of your productivity?
