Description

We all would likely categorize our lives as happy but what does that truly mean? What goes into the day to day that makes our lives happy? If we were to really think about our days would we then be able to point out moments of true happiness or would it be clouded by stress and anxiety? These are all questions we should reflect on to make our lives are what we think they are. Happiness is a journey. It takes work and discipline to discover and achieve. In order to achieve it you must possess certain habits and rituals. So lets dive in and determine what we need in our own lives to be happy.
